Ingredients
The following ingredients have 13 Servings
- 1 cup oats (*certified gluten free for allergies)
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup chunky peanut butter (*drippy is best)
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 3 tbsp. dark chocolate chips
Instruction
- Mix the oats, pecans, and coconut - in a large bowl.
- Add the wet ingredients - peanut butter and maple syrup - and stir again.
- Stir the chocolate chips into the oat mixture.
- Using a cookie scoop, roll into heaping tablespoon-sized balls, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Place the tray in the fridge or freezer for an hour to set.
- Store covered in the fridge or freezer.
