Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 8oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup pecans (crushed)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup Triscuit Nutmeg & Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 2 tbsps maple syrup
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Sprinkles/decoration of choice
Instruction
- Add all of the cheeseball ingredients in a mixer and beat until well blended, about 1 minute.
- Add the mixture to a large sheet (you may have to use two overlapping) of plastic wrap. Lift the sides of the wrap to form the cheesecake mixture into a ball and twist. Refrigerate for an hour, or until firm.
- Add the Triscuits, pecans, and brown sugar into a blender and pulse until crumbs, pour onto a plate.
- Take out the cheeseball and roll over the crumbs.
- Drizzle with maple syrup and service with low sodium and Nutmeg and Cinnamon Triscuits, along with fruit.
