Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon liquid coconut aminos
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 1/2 pound boneless (skinless chicken thigh or breast {about 6-8 pieces})
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil {only use if you need to grease grill grate}
Instruction
- Combine the first 7 ingredients in large sealable plastic bag.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over chicken and add to bag, seal and place in the fridge for 30 minutes or longer. . The more time you allow the chicken to marinade the better the flavor will be.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from bag and place on the grill or in the skillet to cook. Discard bag and marinade.
- Cook chicken for about 8-10 minutes on both sides or until done.
- Remove chicken and serve immediately.
