Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 medium banana (mashed)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed meal
- 1 cup plain, unsweetened almond milk
Instruction
- In a medium-sized bowl, mash 1/2 banana.
- Then, mix in the rest of the ingredients and let sit for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Serve with fresh berries, sliced banana, and ground cinnamon.
