Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 medium banana (mashed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed meal
  • 1 cup plain, unsweetened almond milk

Instruction

  • In a medium-sized bowl, mash 1/2 banana.
  • Then, mix in the rest of the ingredients and let sit for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Serve with fresh berries, sliced banana, and ground cinnamon.
