Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 tablespoon adobo sauce (- from a can of chipotle in adobo (sauce only), make sure it's gluten free)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 14 ounces extra firm tofu ( drained and pressed)

Instruction

  • Mix adobo sauce and maple syrup. Cut tofu into 12 slices. Marinate in the adobo sauce and maple syrup for at least an hour to overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Bake marinated tofu at 400° for 20 minutes, flip and bake another 20 minutes, or until crispy on the outside.
