Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 ¼ C all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 lrg eggs (well beaten)
  • 6 Tbsp butter (melted - I use 8 Tbsp, but use more or less for a crisper or softer waffle)
  • 1 ½ C whole milk
  • 2 tsp maple extract
  • 5 slices candied bacon (chopped)
  • maple whipped cream

Instruction

  • Wisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt
  • in another bowl whisk together the eggs, butter, milk and extract
  • Pour the wet mixture over dry mixture and blend until pebbled.
  • You can add the bacon to the mix or sprinkle it on top of the batter once it's in the machine.
  • Cook in preheated waffle iron 3-4 mins. Until the smoking stops.
  • serve with more bacon and maple whipped cream
