Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 3 strips bacon
  • 1 cup quick cooking oatmeal (not rolled oats)
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds

Instruction

  • Cook bacon in a skillet until very crispy (or to whatever degree of crispiness/chewiness you like your bacon) then slice into fine pieces/crumbles.
  • Follow the instructions on the oatmeal package and cook your oatmeal to the way you like it. I like mine slightly runny but not too runny and not like concrete.
  • Drizzle maple syrup on top of oatmeal and sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
  • Top the oatmeal with bacon. Enjoy!
