The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 3 strips bacon
- 1 cup quick cooking oatmeal (not rolled oats)
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
Instruction
- Cook bacon in a skillet until very crispy (or to whatever degree of crispiness/chewiness you like your bacon) then slice into fine pieces/crumbles.
- Follow the instructions on the oatmeal package and cook your oatmeal to the way you like it. I like mine slightly runny but not too runny and not like concrete.
- Drizzle maple syrup on top of oatmeal and sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
- Top the oatmeal with bacon. Enjoy!
