Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 1¾ cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (heaping )
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce ( or 1 egg)
  • 1 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 Granny Smith apple (cored & diced)
  • ¼ cup cooking oil (I use avocado oil)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (or dairy-free butter option for vegan)
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup confectioners’ sugar (sifted )
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
