Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cans cinnamon rolls with icing
- 1 medium apple, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly spray a bundt pan or fluted pan with cooking spray.
- Set aside icing in the cinnamon roll cans and reserve. Mix together in a small bowl the chopped apples, walnuts and cinnamon sugar.
- Separate the cinnamon rolls from two cans, you should have 10 total, and cut each into quarters.
- Into prepared Bundt pan, place half of the apples and walnuts in the bottom. Then add 1/2 of the cinnamon apples and walnuts, followed by the remaining quartered cinnamon rolls. Sprinkle the remaining apples and walnuts over the top. Combine the melted butter and maple syrup and drizzle over the top.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 35-40 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool 10 minutes in the pan before removing to a serving dish. Drizzle reserved icing over the top, allowing it to drip down the sides. Serve warm.
