Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 Cup Butter, Melted ((220g))
  • 3 Tbsp. Maple Syrup ((75g))
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1 and 1/2 Cups Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Caster Sugar (Superfine Sugar) ((75g))
  • 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar ((65g))
  • 2 and 1/2 Cups Self-Raising Flour ((450g))
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3 Granny Smith Apples ((or cooking apples))
  • 1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Mixed Spice ((or nutmeg))
  • 1 Cup Walnut Pieces, Roasted ((100g))
  • 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats ((45g))
  • 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour ((30g))
  • 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar ((130g))
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup ((113g))

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven 160°C (325°F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Spread the walnuts out over the baking tray and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes to roast them. They should be lightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
  • Grease and line a 9"x13" baking pan and set aside.
