Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 ozs Mangoes (canned or fresh fruit pulp)
  • 3 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat) (1.5% fat; 75 grams)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • mineral water (to taste)

Instruction

  • Crush mango coarsely and place in a tall glass.
  • Add yogurt and honey and blend with an immersion blender until creamy. Add mineral water to taste.
  • Serve drink with a spoon or straw.
