Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 ozs Mangoes (canned or fresh fruit pulp)
- 3 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat) (1.5% fat; 75 grams)
- 1 tsp honey
- mineral water (to taste)
Instruction
- Crush mango coarsely and place in a tall glass.
- Add yogurt and honey and blend with an immersion blender until creamy. Add mineral water to taste.
- Serve drink with a spoon or straw.
