Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk*
  • 1 cup frozen diced mango
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 peeled orange
  • 1/2 lime (juiced)
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric (I recommend [Rodelle's Organic turmeric])
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • goji berries (coconut flakes, bee pollen, and strawberries (for topping))

Instruction

  • Add the coconut milk, mango, avocado, orange, lime juice, turmeric, and ice to a blender.
  • Blend the ingredients until it is a thick, creamy smoothie.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with the goji, coconut, bee pollen, and strawberries
  • Enjoy immediately.
