Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1/2 cup coconut milk*
- 1 cup frozen diced mango
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 peeled orange
- 1/2 lime (juiced)
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric (I recommend [Rodelle's Organic turmeric])
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- goji berries (coconut flakes, bee pollen, and strawberries (for topping))
Instruction
- Add the coconut milk, mango, avocado, orange, lime juice, turmeric, and ice to a blender.
- Blend the ingredients until it is a thick, creamy smoothie.
- Pour into a bowl and top with the goji, coconut, bee pollen, and strawberries
- Enjoy immediately.
