  • 2 cups frozen mango cubes
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 6 ounces plain non-dairy yogurt
  • 1- inch fresh turmeric (or 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 cup orange juice

Instruction

  • In a blender, combine the frozen mango, frozen banana, non-dairy yogurt, turmeric, and ginger with the orange juice. Blend until smooth. Add more juice or almond milk as needed to thin.
