Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 tablespoons light flavored olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (about 1 lime's worth)
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon chile powder
- ⅛ teaspoon fine grain sea salt
- 6 cups lettuce of your choice (chopped or torn into bite-size pieces)
- 2 mangoes (sliced thin)
- ¼ red onion (sliced as thinly as possible)
Instruction
- In a small jar or bowl, combine the olive oil, lime juice, honey, vinegar, chile powder, and salt. Whisk or shake to combine.
- Prepare the lettuce, mangoes, and onion and combine in a large bowl. Immediately before serving, drizzle with about 1/2 of the dressing and toss gently.
- Taste and adjust dressing accordingly. Enjoy!
