Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 tablespoons light flavored olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (about 1 lime's worth)
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon chile powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon fine grain sea salt
  • 6 cups lettuce of your choice (chopped or torn into bite-size pieces)
  • 2 mangoes (sliced thin)
  • ¼ red onion (sliced as thinly as possible)

Instruction

  • In a small jar or bowl, combine the olive oil, lime juice, honey, vinegar, chile powder, and salt. Whisk or shake to combine.
  • Prepare the lettuce, mangoes, and onion and combine in a large bowl. Immediately before serving, drizzle with about 1/2 of the dressing and toss gently.
  • Taste and adjust dressing accordingly. Enjoy!
