Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 lime (juiced)
- 75 g sugar
- 115 ml water
- 455 g mango puree (I used a jar of East End Mango Pulp. It was sweetened and contained 92% mango)
Instruction
- Put the lime juice, sugar and water in a saucepan and heat, stirring, until the sugar has dissolved. Take it off the heat.
- Stir in the mango puree. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes until cool.
- Pour the cooled mango mixture into an ice cream maker and churn. Transfer to a container and store in the freezer
