Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup diced mango (150 g)
  • ½ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (can sub coconut for dairy-free, 120 g)
  • ½ cup milk (can sub dairy-free, orange juice, or coconut water, 120 mL)

Instruction

  • Prep: Peel and dice the mango, then set on a plate and freeze for about 30 minutes to quickly chill it. (Alternatively, use fully frozen mango pieces).
  • Blend: Blitz all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
