Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 Cup Hung Curd
- 1/2 Cup Mango Puree
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 Pinch Cardamon Powder
- 1 tbsp Assorted Nuts
- 4 to 5 Strands Saffron (Optional)
- Mango Pieces (Optional for garnishing)
Instruction
- Hung curd in a muslin or any thin cloth for at least 2 hours. Drain water completely. Keep it in a mixing bowl.
- In mixer puree the mango without adding water. Take the mixing bowl, add sugar, mango puree, cardamon powder to the hung curd. Whisk everything well. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Transfer the contents to a serving bowl.Garnish Shrikhand with nuts and saffron. Serve chilled.
