Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 medium ripe mangos (diced - about 3 cups)
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 large cucumber (peeled and diced)
  • 1 large red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves (chopped)
  • 1 medium jalapeño (seeded and minced)
  • 1 large lime (juiced (about ¼ cup lime juice))
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instruction

  • Simply combine ingredients in a large bowl, stirring and turning to combine.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
