Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 medium ripe mangos (diced - about 3 cups)
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- 1 large cucumber (peeled and diced)
- 1 large red bell pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves (chopped)
- 1 medium jalapeño (seeded and minced)
- 1 large lime (juiced (about ¼ cup lime juice))
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Instruction
- Simply combine ingredients in a large bowl, stirring and turning to combine.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
