Ingredients

The following ingredients have 16 Servings
  • 2 cups diced mango (¼-inch dice)
  • 1 cup diced red bell pepper (¼-inch dice)
  • ¼ cup diced red onion (⅛-inch dice)
  • 2 teaspoons minced jalapenos
  • ⅓ cup cilantro leaves (packed, chopped)
  • 1 medium avocado (¼-inch dice)
  • ¼ cup lime juice

Instruction

  • In a medium-sized bowl combine mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapenos, and chopped cilantro.
  • Add diced avocado and lime juice. Gently stir until combined.
  • Serve salsa immediately.
