- 2 cups diced mango (¼-inch dice)
- 1 cup diced red bell pepper (¼-inch dice)
- ¼ cup diced red onion (⅛-inch dice)
- 2 teaspoons minced jalapenos
- ⅓ cup cilantro leaves (packed, chopped)
- 1 medium avocado (¼-inch dice)
- ¼ cup lime juice
Instruction
- In a medium-sized bowl combine mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapenos, and chopped cilantro.
- Add diced avocado and lime juice. Gently stir until combined.
- Serve salsa immediately.
