Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 mangoes, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 2 limes, zest of
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Large pinch powdered ancho chile pepper or cayenne

Instruction

  • Place mangoes on a plate or in a shallow bowl.
  • In a small bowl, combine lime zest, chili powder, salt and powdered ancho chile pepper.
  • Sprinkle the mixture over the mangoes and serve.
