Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 mangoes, peeled, pitted and diced
- 2 limes, zest of
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- Large pinch powdered ancho chile pepper or cayenne
Instruction
- Place mangoes on a plate or in a shallow bowl.
- In a small bowl, combine lime zest, chili powder, salt and powdered ancho chile pepper.
- Sprinkle the mixture over the mangoes and serve.
