Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Mango Pulp - 1 can
  • Whipping Cream - 500ml
  • Sugar - 3/4 Cup
  • Gelatin - 3 Packets
  • Hot Water - 1 Cup
  • Ripe Mango - 1

Instruction

  • Mix gelatin and sugar in 1 cup hot water. Keep stirring until it is completely dissolved. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
  • Take mango pulp in a big mixing bowl. Add the sugar and gelatin syrup to this and mix well .
  • Next add heavy cream and mix well.
  • Add mango cubes from fresh mango to get mango texture. Mix it.
  • Pour the mixture into a big glass pan or individual serving bowls and refrigerate for atleast 3 hours before serving. The pudding will set to a thick and creamy mixture.
  • Serve as such or with some whipped topping.
