Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Mango Pulp - 1 can
- Whipping Cream - 500ml
- Sugar - 3/4 Cup
- Gelatin - 3 Packets
- Hot Water - 1 Cup
- Ripe Mango - 1
Instruction
- Mix gelatin and sugar in 1 cup hot water. Keep stirring until it is completely dissolved. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
- Take mango pulp in a big mixing bowl. Add the sugar and gelatin syrup to this and mix well .
- Next add heavy cream and mix well.
- Add mango cubes from fresh mango to get mango texture. Mix it.
- Pour the mixture into a big glass pan or individual serving bowls and refrigerate for atleast 3 hours before serving. The pudding will set to a thick and creamy mixture.
- Serve as such or with some whipped topping.
