Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 120 ml | 1/2 cup chilled coconut water (or as needed to thin the smoothie)
  • 1/2 a small ripe mango (peeled and sliced)
  • 1/4 pineapple (peeled, cored and cut into cubes)
  • juice of 1/2 orange
  • half an orange (peel on)
  • small cube peeled ginger
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 3 mint leaves
  • handful ice cubes

Instruction

  • Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and process until liquidised.
  • Taste and add more coconut water to achieve the right consistency.
  • Serve garnished with fresh mint leaves.
