Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 120 ml | 1/2 cup chilled coconut water (or as needed to thin the smoothie)
- 1/2 a small ripe mango (peeled and sliced)
- 1/4 pineapple (peeled, cored and cut into cubes)
- juice of 1/2 orange
- half an orange (peel on)
- small cube peeled ginger
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 3 mint leaves
- handful ice cubes
Instruction
- Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and process until liquidised.
- Taste and add more coconut water to achieve the right consistency.
- Serve garnished with fresh mint leaves.
