  • ½ teaspoon methi seeds ((fenugreek seeds))
  • 3 tablespoon red chili powder ((use low heat spice powder, or adjust to taste))
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt (adjust as needed)
  • 4 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 3 tablespoon oil
