Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 oz fresh basil
- 1/2 cup toasted pine nuts, walnuts or almonds
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup mango, (or to taste)
- 3/4 tsp salt, (or to taste)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, (or to taste)
- 1 lb spaghetti, cooked
Instruction
- In a food processor, puree the basil, nut of choice, garlic, mango and salt. With the machine running, slowly pour in the olive oil. Stir in the parmesan. Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Serve with spaghetti, if desired.
