Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 cup non dairy milk ((I used almond milk))
  • 2 kiwi ((peeled))
  • 3/4 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and purée until smooth.
  • Garnish with a slice of kiwi and a sprinkle of hemp hearts, if desired.
  • Enjoy!
