The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups kale leaves (, chopped (lightly packed), stems removed (60 grams))
  • 1 banana (, medium, cut into chunks)
  • 1 cup mango pieces (, frozen (130 grams))
  • 1 cup milk ((250 ml))
  • ½ cup greek yogurt ((125 ml))
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instruction

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve.
