Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk
- 1 sliced frozen banana (slice a ripe banana, then freeze for at least 2 hours)
- 1 cup mango sorbet or ice cream
- Whipped cream and cherry (for garnish (optional))
Instruction
- Place milk in blender jar, then add frozen banana and sorbet. Blend until smooth. Place in 1 or 2 glasses for serving and top with whipped cream and/or a cherry.
- Note on blenders: I use a Blendtec blender that's very powerful. If you are using a lower-end more traditional blender you will probably need to add more liquid (almond milk) to get it smooth. Add the 1 cup as called for, then add more as needed.
