Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup mango pulp
  • 1 cup full fat milk
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk or milk powder
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 1/4 cup Sugar as per taste

Instruction

  • Put the mango pulp into a blender jar. Add milk, cream, condensed milk and sugar.
  • Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Pour the mixture into a shallow container.
  • Cover with an aluminium foil and freeze for 3-4 hours or till semi-set.
  • Pour the semi-set mixture into a mixer or blender and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture back into the same container.
  • Cover with an aluminium foil and freeze till set.
  • Scoop out into a bowl and serve.
