Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Plain 0% Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 Mangoes (Peeled and chopped)

Instruction

  • In the bowl of a food processor add the the mango chunks and process until smooth.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and process again, until all ingredients are mixed evenly.
  • Chill until cold, about 30 minutes.
  • Add the mixture to an ice cream maker and turn on.
  • Serve immediately or place in an airtight container in the freezer if you prefer.
