Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 and 1/2 cups peeled, cubed, and frozen mango
  • 4 fluid ounces white rum
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar syrup
  • 1 cup ice cubes (Crushed)

Instruction

  • Start by preparing the mangoes. Choose 1-2 large ripe and juicy mangoes. Wash them with water and peel using a sharp paring knife. Cut the flesh away from the pit and discard the pit. Chop the flesh into small pieces. We will need 1 and ½ cups of peeled and chopped mangoes.
  • Freeze the cubed mangoes for 5-6 hours. You can choose to skip freezing the mangoes and make the daiquiri directly without freezing.
  • Note – You can also use store-bought frozen mangoes or canned mango puree to make this drink.
  • Add the mangoes, 4 fl oz white rum, ½ cup lemon juice, ¼ cup sugar syrup, and 1 cup crushed ice to the medium jar of a blender.
  • Whizz until everything comes together. Pour into 2 tall serving glasses. Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
