Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 3/4 Cup Milk(Whole Milk or Any Other Nut Milk)
- 4 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 Tbsp Honey( Any Sweetener of your choice)
- 1 Fresh Mango Puree
- 1/4 cup Mango Chunks
- Handful of chopped nuts( I used Almonds and Pistachios)
Instruction
- Add the flesh of fresh mango in a blender and make a puree out of it. Chop some more mango chunks for topping.
- Add milk,chia seeds,honey to a mixing bowl and mix everything well. Cover and place the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Then bring it out give it a mix to make sure no lumps are formed and once again put in the refrigerator for minimum 15 minutes. You can put this in the fridge overnight if you want.
- Now in small serving glasses add the layers of prepared chia pudding and mango puree.
- And top with some fresh mango chunks and nuts. Enjoy!
