The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 ½ cups milk (dairy or dairy-free)
- 1 cup yogurt (dairy or dairy-free)
- 4 mandarin oranges (peeled)
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instruction
- Add all of the ingredients to a high powered blender, and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass, and enjoy!
