Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 ½ cups milk (dairy or dairy-free)
  • 1 cup yogurt (dairy or dairy-free)
  • 4 mandarin oranges (peeled)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instruction

  • Add all of the ingredients to a high powered blender, and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass, and enjoy!
