- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger (change amount according to preference)
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup of Fresh Ice
- 1/2 cup coconut almond milk (or coconut or almond milk)
Instruction
