  • ½ teaspoon elaichi ((green cardamoms powdered))
  • 1 teaspoon saunf ((fennel seeds))
  • 1½ cup milk ((use more as needed))
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons Ghee (for frying)
  • 3 tablespoons milk powder ((optional) or replace with mawa or khoya)
  • ½ cup sugar (organic)
  • ¼ cup water (or as needed)
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
