- ½ teaspoon elaichi ((green cardamoms powdered))
- 1 teaspoon saunf ((fennel seeds))
- 1½ cup milk ((use more as needed))
- 3 to 4 tablespoons Ghee (for frying)
- 3 tablespoons milk powder ((optional) or replace with mawa or khoya)
- ½ cup sugar (organic)
- ¼ cup water (or as needed)
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
