- ½ cup Plain flour
- 1 cup Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 pinch Nutmeg (grated (optional))
- 1 Lemon zest (optional)
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 3½ cup Tomato puree or peeled tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoon Oregano
