  • 1 cup Ricotta (drain overnight if wet)
  • 10 cups Spinach (roughly cut)
  • 1 medium Egg
  • ½ cup Plain flour
  • 1 cup Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg (grated (optional))
  • 1 Lemon zest (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 3½ cup Tomato puree or peeled tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoon Oregano
