Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 cups peeled and cubed ripe mangoes
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (coriander leaves)
- 2 tablespoons chopped mint
- 1/2 teaspoon sambal paste (or red chili paste)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Instruction
- Add mangoes, onions, cilantro, mint, sambal paste, salt, and sugar to a large mixing bowl.
- Mix everything together.
- Chill the salad for 30 minutes and serve chilled.
