Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 cups peeled and cubed ripe mangoes
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (coriander leaves)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped mint
  • 1/2 teaspoon sambal paste (or red chili paste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Instruction

  • Add mangoes, onions, cilantro, mint, sambal paste, salt, and sugar to a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix everything together.
  • Chill the salad for 30 minutes and serve chilled.
