- Ghee (Or oil for frying)
- 1 and 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 10-12 strands Saffron
- 2-3 Cardamom (crushed)
- 1 lt Full cream milk
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 2-3 drops Kewda essence
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
- Dry fruits for garnishing
