Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 12 ounces vanilla Greek yogurt or other favorite yogurt
  • 2/3 cup old fashioned oats, use gluten-free, if needed
  • 1/3 cup AlmondBreeze® Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds, optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 6 ounces blueberries or other favorite berry
  • 1/2 cup Honey Nut Cheerios™
  • Stevia or other sweetener, as needed

Instruction

  • Stir together yogurt, oats, milk, chia seeds and vanilla in a large bowl. Scoop 1/4 of the mixture into the bottoms of two 16 ounce mason jars (or other container) with lids.
  • Top each with 1/4 of the banana and blueberries, and 2 tablespoons Honey Nut Cheerios™. Repeat layers, place lids on top and store in the refrigerator. Parfaits will stay good for 2-3 days. Enjoy!
