Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound Ground beef browned
  • 10 ea Mushroom large and sliced
  • 1 can (12 oz) Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 3 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 package Egg noodles

Instruction

  • Cook egg noodles according to instructions. In a large skillet, saute the mushrooms in butter slowly on low, maintaining all the butter and juices. Add the browned beef, sour cream and soup. Heat thru and serve on top of the egg noodles.
