Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 8 oz elbow macaroni (measured dry)
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 2 stalks celery (diced)
- 3 green onions (sliced)
- 4 boiled eggs (cooled peeled and chopped)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons sweet relish
Instruction
- Boil pasta al dente according to package directions.
- Mix all dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
- Combine dressing with all ingredients in a bowl.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
