Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni (measured dry)
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 2 stalks celery (diced)
  • 3 green onions (sliced)
  • 4 boiled eggs (cooled peeled and chopped)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons sweet relish

Instruction

  • Boil pasta al dente according to package directions.
  • Mix all dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Combine dressing with all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
