Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 2 boxes (6 oz each) Annie’s™ Homegrown Classic Macaroni and Cheese
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 1 package (8 oz) diced ham
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, divided
  • 1 3/4 cups shredded cheddar, divided
  • Nonstick baking spray (with flour)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with nonstick baking spray.
  • Boil macaroni and cheese until tender. Drain excess water. Add butter and cheese packets. Stir in ham, eggs, 1 1/2 tablespoons parsley and 1 1/2 cups cheddar.
  • Spoon macaroni mixture into pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, then top with remaining cheese and parsley. Continue baking for another 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and cool in pan for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
