Ingredients

The following ingredients have 24 Servings
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp honey ( + more for dipping)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 cups corn flakes (crushed)
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts (finely chopped)
  • 8 slices King’s Hawaiian Sweet Sliced Bread (sliced into 1 inch sticks)
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instruction

  • Whisk the milk, eggs, 1 tbsp honey and cinnamon together in a shallow bowl.
  • Combine the crushed corn flakes and chopped macadamia nuts in another shallow bowl.
  • Dip the King’s Hawaiian bread “sticks” in the egg mixture, then roll in the corn flakes and macadamia nuts.
  • Once all of the french toast sticks are prepared, heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the french toast sticks and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Drizzle with the honey, or serve on the side for dipping.
