Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cups macaroni cooked
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 cup ricotta
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese *extra

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 180C. Grease a 20cm x 30cm baking dish and line it with baking paper.
  • Put the cooked pasta, zucchini, ricotta, 1 cup of cheddar, oil, eggs, 1 cup self-raising flour and salt into a large mixing bowl and mix with a spoon until combined.
  • Spoon the mixture into the baking dish and sprinkle the top with the extra cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the oven for 40 minutes or until golden and bubbling on top.
  • Allow to cool and then cut into squares.
