Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups macaroni cooked
- 2 zucchinis
- 1 cup ricotta
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese *extra
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 180C. Grease a 20cm x 30cm baking dish and line it with baking paper.
- Put the cooked pasta, zucchini, ricotta, 1 cup of cheddar, oil, eggs, 1 cup self-raising flour and salt into a large mixing bowl and mix with a spoon until combined.
- Spoon the mixture into the baking dish and sprinkle the top with the extra cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes or until golden and bubbling on top.
- Allow to cool and then cut into squares.
