Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 oz. elbow noodles
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and place into a large bowl. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
- Whisk in flour and cook for a minute to brown. Pour in milk, cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika. Whisk constantly until the cheese has fully melted and the sauce has thickened. Mix sauce with pasta.
- Evenly divide mac and cheese between 12 greased muffin tins. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
