Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 2 cups All Purpose flour or gluten free flour
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar (divide into 1 cup and a 1/2 cup)
  • 1 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla Extract
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 Tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup walnuts or pecans (optional)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons milk

Instruction
