Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 280 g jar sun dried tomatoes, drained
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 120 g pine nuts
  • Juice of ½ a lemon or 1 -2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to season

Instruction

  • Put all of the ingredients into a food processor/blender and blitz until the pesto is as smooth as you want it.
