Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 280 g jar sun dried tomatoes, drained
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 120 g pine nuts
- Juice of ½ a lemon or 1 -2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to season
Instruction
- Put all of the ingredients into a food processor/blender and blitz until the pesto is as smooth as you want it.
