Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats*
- 1/2 cup protein powder, vanilla or plain (or additional oats)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup Xylitol, like Swerve or XyloSweet, or other sweetener that measures like sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups ripe mashed bananas, about 3 large
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (I used one snack pack)
- Optional: Chocolate chips for topping
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray.
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a blender, blend until mixture is smooth.
- Pour mixture into prepared bread pan and bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool and slice into 8 slices. Enjoy! Store any leftovers in fridge for up to one week, or in the freezer for up to one month.
