Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cup self-raising flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 1/2 cup apple diced

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 200C. Lightly spray muffin pans with oil.
  • Place dry ingredients in a bowl. In a different bowl, combine the egg and milk.
  • Stir the milk and egg mix into the dry ingredients until just combined, then fold in the diced apples.
  • Fill the muffin pans to just below the top.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked.
