Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 1 1/2 cup self-raising flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 1/2 cup apple diced
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 200C. Lightly spray muffin pans with oil.
- Place dry ingredients in a bowl. In a different bowl, combine the egg and milk.
- Stir the milk and egg mix into the dry ingredients until just combined, then fold in the diced apples.
- Fill the muffin pans to just below the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked.
