Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup almond flour (super fine or the meal/ flour - both work)
  • 1 tablespoon flax meal
  • 4  teaspoons erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 4 teaspoons sliced almonds (2 per cookie)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Mix all dry ingredients. Add almond butter and wet ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Scoop tablespoonful sized balls onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Flatten and add two slivered almonds per cookie. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
