Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup almond flour (super fine or the meal/ flour - both work)
- 1 tablespoon flax meal
- 4 teaspoons erythritol
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 4 teaspoons sliced almonds (2 per cookie)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix all dry ingredients. Add almond butter and wet ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Scoop tablespoonful sized balls onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Flatten and add two slivered almonds per cookie. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
