Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1.5 cups almond or coconut milk
  • .25 cups heavy whipping cream
  • .25 cups water
  • 1 Tablespoon Great Lakes Gelatin
  • .5 scoop Syntrax vanilla protein powder
  • .5 cup Swerve or Splenda

Instruction

  • Pour 1 cup almond or coconut milk in baking dish. Sprinkle gelatin on top and let bloom (5 minutes).
  • n a saucepan, heat the rest of the milk, cream, water, Swerve, vanilla and salt. Simmer but do not boil.
  • Add heated mixture to gelatin mix and whisk til gelatin is dissolved. Add protein powder and whisk till well combined.
  • Refridgerate till solidified. Approximately 1 hour.
