Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1.5 cups almond or coconut milk
- .25 cups heavy whipping cream
- .25 cups water
- 1 Tablespoon Great Lakes Gelatin
- .5 scoop Syntrax vanilla protein powder
- .5 cup Swerve or Splenda
Instruction
- Pour 1 cup almond or coconut milk in baking dish. Sprinkle gelatin on top and let bloom (5 minutes).
- n a saucepan, heat the rest of the milk, cream, water, Swerve, vanilla and salt. Simmer but do not boil.
- Add heated mixture to gelatin mix and whisk til gelatin is dissolved. Add protein powder and whisk till well combined.
- Refridgerate till solidified. Approximately 1 hour.
